What We Are Looking For:
We are seeking an individual with experience in medical billing and payment posting.
About the Role: Medical Billing Poster
- Record insurance and patient payments (checks, EFTs, credit cards) into the billing system
- Review EOBs/ERAs to apply payments, adjustments, and denials correctly
- Balance daily payments and ensure deposits match posted amounts
- Identify and correct posting errors, underpayments, or missing payments
- Report payment issues to the billing team when follow-up is needed
- Maintain clear and accurate payment records and reports
- Follow HIPAA regulations and company billing policies
The Medical Billing Poster will be responsible for posting payments for all company locations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $10.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
