- Ensure accurate documentation of diagnoses and procedures for billing purposes.
- Follow up on unpaid or denied claims through effective medical collection practices.
- Stay updated on coding guidelines, insurance policies, and regulatory changes affecting billing practices.
Skills
- Experience with medical billing, appeals, denials and rejections.
- Ability to work independently and in teams.
- Prior experience with family practice/home health visits and grafts.billing practices.
Pay: $9.00 - $13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30.0 – 35.0 per week
