We are a growing full-service insulation company seeking a motivated Sales Representative to sell residential and commercial insulation services. This role is ideal for a self-driven professional who is comfortable meeting customers, building relationships, and closing deals.
Compensation is based on a draw against commission, offering strong earning potential for high performers.
Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on residential and commercial sales leads
- Conduct on-site inspections and customer consultations
- Recommend insulation solutions based on project needs
- Prepare and present estimates, proposals, and contracts
- Close sales and meet or exceed monthly sales goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, builders, contractors, and property managers
- Coordinate with office staff and production teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Track leads, estimates, and sales activity in CRM or sales software
- Stay knowledgeable about insulation products, codes, and industry standards
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience required (construction or insulation preferred)
- Experience with residential and/or commercial clients
- Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills
- Self-motivated with strong time-management abilities
- Comfortable working in the field and visiting job sites
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, not required
