Senior Project Manager

Our client, a national mechanical contractor, needs Senior Project Managers to run major scopes of mechanical work on a data center build. You will manage cost, schedule and the field-office team for your scope, reporting to the Project Executive.
What you'll do
- Manage mechanical scopes covering HVAC, hydronic and process piping, and cooling equipment
- Build and track budgets, forecasts, schedules and monthly billing
- Lead change order pricing, negotiation and documentation
- Supervise PMs, APMs and Project Engineers; coordinate with field superintendents
- Run owner and GC meetings and report progress, risks and lookaheads
- Manage equipment procurement and long-lead submittals
What you bring
- 8 years in mechanical or MEP construction project management
- Data center or mission-critical project experience
- Experience managing large, multi-phase projects and multiple direct reports
- Strong cost control, scheduling and contract knowledge
- Proficiency with Procore, Primavera P6 or MS Project, and Bluebeam
Preferred: degree in Construction Management or Engineering, OSHA 30, PMP

Our client, a national mechanical contractor, is hiring Project Managers for mechanical construction on two Texas data center projects. You will manage a defined scope day to day, keeping it on budget, on schedule and coordinated with the field.
What you'll do
- Manage the budget, schedule and cost reporting for your assigned scope
- Prepare and negotiate change orders and pay applications
- Oversee submittals, RFIs, procurement and material deliveries
- Coordinate daily with superintendents, foremen and other trades
- Direct APMs and Project Engineers on document control and tracking
- Support safety, quality and commissioning requirements through turnover
What you bring
- 5 years in mechanical or MEP construction project management
- Commercial, industrial or data center project experience
- Solid understanding of HVAC systems, piping and mechanical equipment
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and specifications
- Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam and MS Office

Our client, a national mechanical contractor, is hiring Assistant Project Managers for two Texas data center projects. You will support the PM team on cost, documentation and coordination while building toward a Project Manager role.
What you'll do
- Track budgets, commitments and costs; help prepare monthly forecasts
- Prepare change order backup, pay applications and purchase orders
- Manage submittals, RFIs and procurement logs
- Coordinate material and equipment deliveries with the field
- Attend coordination and owner meetings and keep meeting minutes
- Support closeout, O&M manuals and turnover documentation
What you bring
- 2–5 years in mechanical, MEP or commercial construction
- Working knowledge of HVAC systems and mechanical drawings
- Strong organization and follow-through on documentation
- Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam and Excel
Preferred: data center or mission-critical experience, degree in Construction Management or Engineering, OSHA 10 or 30
