Schedule: Monday – Friday (No weekends)

Position Mission
Deliver exceptional front-line service and administrative support that ensures a smooth, welcoming, and effective patient experience from check-in to check-out.
Position Objectives
- Serve as the first point of contact and a consistent resource for patients throughout their care journey
- Ensure all administrative processes are carried out efficiently, accurately, and with compassion
- Promote organizational excellence through clear communication, proactive problem-solving, and patient-centered service
- Collaborate with clinical staff and other departments to streamline patient care
- Uphold the values and brand of Performance Ortho in every interaction
Key Responsibilities
- Greet patients with professionalism, empathy, and a welcoming demeanor
- Accurately manage patient check-in and check-out processes
- Schedule appointments and coordinate follow-up visits
- Verify insurance information and collect co-pays or outstanding balances
- Respond to patient inquiries in person, by phone, or email in a timely and respectful manner
- Maintain up-to-date patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Coordinate communication between patients, clinical teams, and external providers when needed
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows and enhance the patient experience
- Support other administrative duties as assigned by clinic leadership
Education and Experience
Required:
- 3–5 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or healthcare administration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and medical office software systems
Preferred:
- Experience in a medical or clinical office setting
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field
