Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and clinically strong Clinical Nurse Manager to support our Dallas operations. This is a full time leadership position responsible for assisting in oversight of clinical services, ensuring regulatory compliance, supporting field clinicians, and maintaining quality standards across the agency.
Our model is commercial insurance only. No Medicare. No Medicaid. No OASIS. This structure allows leadership to focus on clinical quality, operational efficiency, and team development without the administrative complexity of traditional home health models.
Compensation and Benefits
This position offers a salary range of 90,000 to 110,000 annually based on experience. Eligible employees become eligible for company sponsored medical, dental, and vision benefits after 60 days, with 70 percent of premiums employer paid for the employee and family. Paid time off is included. You will work alongside experienced executive and clinical leadership in a collaborative environment.
Onboarding
During onboarding, leaders complete EMR training, policy and compliance review, quality assurance processes, leadership expectations, and operational workflow alignment to ensure readiness and consistency in oversight responsibilities. Additionally, you will have badge issuance, scrub distribution, and equipment to ensure readiness.
Responsibilities
The Clinical Nurse Manager will support clinical oversight of field staff, review and monitor documentation for quality and compliance, assist with clinician education and mentoring, participate in case conferences, address clinical escalations, and collaborate with operations to ensure effective scheduling and service delivery. This role will also assist with performance management, training, and implementation of clinical initiatives.
Qualifications
Active Texas RN license in good standing required. Prior home health experience and leadership experience strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of regulatory standards, clinical documentation, quality assurance processes, and team management required. Excellent communication, organization, and problem solving skills are essential.
Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
