Marketing Administrator

Pivotal Health Solutions is seeking a Marketing Administrator to join our team in Watertown, SD. In this role, you will support the marketing team in executing various marketing strategies and campaigns. This role involves assisting with day-to-day marketing activities, coordinating events, creating content, and performing administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations within the marketing department. The Marketing Administrator works closely with other team members to help achieve marketing goals and drive brand awareness across multiple brands.Essential Job Duties & ResponsibilitiesAssist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and social media initiativesHelp coordinate content creation, including writing, editing, and proofreading marketing materialsTrack and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics toolsSupport the planning and execution of marketing events, tradeshows, and webinarsCoordinate logistics, such as venue booking, material preparation, and attendee communicationAssist with event promotion and post-event follow-upPhotograph and/or video completed products in productionConduct research on market trends, competitors, and customer preferencesCompile and analyze data to support marketing and product management strategies and decision-makingAssist in identifying new marketing opportunities and potential partnershipsPhotograph and/or video products in the fieldOffice Support: Manage and organize marketing files, documents, and databasesHandle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence related to marketing activitiesMaintain and update marketing calendars, project timelines, and task listsAssist in preparing reports and presentations for internal and externalOrganize and archive marketing materials, ensuring easy access for the teamPerforms other duties as assignedJob QualificationsAssociates degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field1-3 years of experience in a marketing or administrative roleProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., social media platforms, email marketing software)Strong organizational and time management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environmentAttention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solvingStrong understanding of marketing principles and tacticsAbility to work collaboratively with a team and independentlyAdaptability and willingness to learn new skills and toolsCreative thinking and a passion for marketingAn eye for detailAbilit
