Pivotal Health Solutions is seeking a Customer Service Rep to join our team. Customer service representatives (CSRs) are the first line of defense for customers and clients, helping with questions, and providing information about products and services. They also take orders, modifications, and escalate complaints. Essential Job Duties & ResponsibilitiesPhone Support: Handle incoming customer calls, answer inquiries, and resolve issues.Order Entry: Accurately enter orders for Massage and Athletic Edge products via Shopify, Vendornet, fax, and email.Morning Paperwork: Correct mistakes from previous day.Sales Support: Assist sales team with quotes, questions, and order entry.PHS Orders: Enter PHS Medical orders and send EPD PO's to WTN after proofing.System Management: Maintain HubSpot CRM and update CCW Website inventory visibility.Customer Follow-Up: Provide order updates, tracking info, and address payment issues.Filing: Assist with filing and organizing order documentation.Performs other duties as assignedJob QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent1-3 years experience in a customer service roleAbility to quickly grasp new concepts and technologyExcellent computer and data entry skills - including proficiency with MS Office (Word & Excel) and Internet usageExcellent written and oral communications skillsExcellent customer service skillsBenefitsPivotal Health Solutions offers a complete benefits package including 401K, paid time off, paid holidays and healthcare benefitsThis is a full-time position with a competitive hourly pay and the opportunity to earn bonus, plus benefits.To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily.
