Compensation: $160,000 – $250,000 annually (performance-based)

We are a high-volume, growth-oriented Multi Ford dealership group seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead and elevate our Service operations. This is a key leadership role responsible for developing a strong service team, and delivering an exceptional customer experience while maximizing profitability.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage all aspects of new and used vehicle service operations
Drive service volume, gross profit, and market share while maintaining compliance
Recruit, train, coach, and develop advisors and Service technicians
Establish and monitor performance metrics
Collaborate with Sales and Parts Departments to optimize dealership performance
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and CSI performance
Oversee management, pricing strategies, and Service processes DMS R&R
Maintain strong relationships with Ford representatives and adhere to OEM standards
Proven experience as a Service Manager or assistant manager in an automotive dealership
Ford dealership experience strongly preferred
Track record of achieving high sales volume and profitability
Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making abilities
Ability to lead in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
$160,000 – $250,000 annual earning potential (base performance incentives)
