Compensation: $90,000 – $150,000 annually (performance-based)

About the Opportunity
We are a high-volume, growth-oriented Multi Ford dealership group seeking an experienced BDC Manager to lead and elevate our sales operations. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving new and used vehicle performance, developing a strong team, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage all aspects of new and used vehicle sales lead operations
Drive sales volume, gross profit, and market share while maintaining compliance
Recruit, train, coach, and develop BDC Consultants
Collaborate with the sales Dept. to optimize dealership performance
Maintain strong relationships with Ford representatives and adhere to OEM standards
Qualifications
Proven experience as a BDC Manager
Dealership experience strongly preferred
Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
Deep understanding of management, and automotive retail analytics
Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making abilities
Ability to lead in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
