3-5 years of Procurement and / or administrative experience in related area.

Position Functions:
- Document procurement agreements, programs, and related terms, including pricing, service levels, and deliverables
- Support the administration of supplier programs, including tracking participation, compliance, and key milestones
- Prepare reports, summaries, and documentation related to procurement activity, agreements, and programs
- Collaborate with internal teams (finance, legal, operations, program owners) to ensure procurement documentation is complete and accurate
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience
3-5 years of Procurement and / or administrative experience in related area.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience working with contracts, pricing, procurement policies and internal controls.
- Power BI building, maintaining dashboards and using Power BI for operational or executive
- SharePoint organize, managing document libraries and control permissions.
- Connecting to multiple data sources (ERP, Excel, SharePoint lists)
- Ability to perform multiple tasks and work cooperatively with in-house personnel. Must be able to maintain confidential information. An understanding of the distribution process is helpful.
