Under direct supervision, provides administrative and analytical support for contract and bid management, including special pricing implementation and pricing accuracy to support local, regional, and national customer agreements within a foodservice distribution organization. Acts as a point of contact for internal and external bidding partners. Collaborate with Sales, Procurement and Finance to support profitable growth strategies. Maintains professional and timely communication with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience
Minimum of one year of experience in accounting, financial analysis, pricing, or contract management.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP, Pivot tables, data modeling)
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Acts as a point of contact for internal and external bidding partners. Collaborate with Sales, Procurement and Finance to support profitable growth strategies. Maintains professional and timely communication with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Maintain vendor and item contracts and compliance. Including pricing, cost files, deviations and margin structures ensuring timely updates to internal systems
- Partner with Sales, Procurement, Finance, and IT to align pricing strategies with profitability objectives.
- Develop and maintain Excel-based tools, dashboards, and reporting models.
- Support the end-to-end bid process by creating, updating, and analyzing Excel-based bid templates using ERP data sources and cost/price models to determine profitability for final customer presentation.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication for new customers to ensure inventory, warehousing, cost and compliance readiness
- Support additional activities as assigned, including audit processing, billing issue resolution, reporting, and customer rebate management.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
