The Contract Coordinator provides administrative and clerical support to the Contract Management team, with a primary focus on data entry, pricing maintenance, contract documentation, bid support, and customer programs. This position works closely with internal and external sales teams to ensure contract information, pricing, and customer records are maintained accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with large volumes of data in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
This is an in-office position at our Augusta, Maine Opco, with extensive computer use, data entry, and electronic file management.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Enter and maintain pricing, customer, and vendor information in company systems.
- Process daily pricing updates, contract changes, and customer program maintenance.
- Monitor pricing agreements and manage internal renewal processes.
- Maintain organized electronic contract files and tracking logs.
- Monitor shared department email inboxes and respond or route requests appropriately.
- Support customer pricing programs through data maintenance and clerical processing.
- Research and resolve routine pricing, contract, and customer record discrepancies.
- Communicate professionally with internal departments and vendors regarding contract and pricing inquiries.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
