Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent
3 years of food service experience

Position Responsibilities:
- Maintain consistency of organization and operational standards of culinary center. Including but not limited to; sanitation, organization, ordering, product preparation and sales support.
- Serve as business consultant for customers in an effort to build customer loyalty and promote sales. Provide informative and professional assistance when working with the public / customers / vendors and coworkers.
- Mentor, lead and teach food concepts to others. Assist with in-house training seminars and development materials for customers. Conduct training for customers on many different topics.
- Be an integrated voice with culinary team for customer menu development. Cook for customer demo visits and special customer events.
- Provide consultative services that develops long-term business relationships. Interact with customers and vendors in a friendly, timely and quality manner; ensures customer and vendors' questions are answered accurately and in a timely manner.
- Evaluate food and labor costs savings through observation.
- Evaluate customer service through observations.
- Increase expertise of cooking related activities and ideas.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent
3 years of food service experience
Salary : $65,000 - $85,000
