Work Schedule: 8:00am-5:00pmWork Schedule: 8:00am-5:00pm
Pay: $15-$21 based on experience.
Position Purpose:
Provide professional receptionist and secretarial support to the organization. Operate front desk and greet all visitors, coordinate express mail/UPS pick-ups and deliveries, and provide secretarial/clerical support as necessary. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and perform any duty assigned to best serve the company.
Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
- Manages the company’s lobby area.
- Greets and directs all visitors, including vendors, clients, job candidates and customers
- Provide office administrative support for department
- Create presentations, reports and forms using personal computer as requested by management.
- Answer phones and direct all calls to appropriate party promptly and efficiently.
- Communicate and handle incoming and outgoing electronic communications.
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow through on issues in a timely manner.
- Arrange travel schedule and reservations for management, as needed.
- Special projects, as needed.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
