Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and adaptable Sales Operations & Administrative Support Specialist to serve as a key partner to the Sales leadership team. This role goes beyond traditional administrative support and functions as a central operational hub for sales execution, inventory coordination, vendor communication, and cross-functional problem solving.Position Summary:

Position Responsibilities:
- The sales support administrator will provide support to the sales teams
- Obtain purchase orders from Sales Rep (or produce a pro forma) and enter in NetSuite within 24 hours
- Assist sales team with follow-up including order confirmations and bookings
- Maintaining and updating customer profiles in Netsuites
- Monitor remaining contract balances upon order entry
- Follow all policies and procedures on safety, cleanliness and BRC/FDA
- Other duties as assigned by Manager or other management
