Job description: Client Care Coordinator
Type: Part Time (3-4 days a week)
An opportunity has arisen to join Performance Equine Veterinary Clinic as a Client Care Coordinator.
The Client Care Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer service and administrative support. The successful candidate will need to be proficient with computers, have horse knowledge, exceptional organizational skills, be very detail oriented, and have a strong commitment to team success.
The coordinator will be responsible for strategically scheduling appointments, billing, refilling medication, handling email, processing and filing laboratory submissions. In addition, they will need to liaise between clients and veterinarians as well as support staff. This coordinator will need to be able to prioritize duties and handle emergencies professionally and efficiently. This is for someone seeking a long-term position which may develop into a managerial position for the correct person.
Qualifications for Employment:
· Has an aptitude for putting clients first
· Ability to multitask and prioritize
· Horse knowledge
· Able to maintain professionalism & compassion during stressful situations
· Be efficient with computers including Excel and Microsoft Word programs
· Customer service experience
