The Client Care Coordinator role is an essential role in the Client Care department as it creates support, structure, clarity, and accountability within the client care process. The CCC’s work keeps warranty activity moving forward, ensures information is accurate and timely, and allows the CCR’s to operate efficiently. When this role is done well it supports the CCR’s, and ensures homeowners experience a smooth, professional process that reflects the standards of our company.
