Outside Sales Representative / Project Manager
Residential Foundation Commercial Growth Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative / Project Manager to support a strong residential business while helping expand into commercial projects.
This is a unique opportunity for someone who wants to go beyond a traditional sales role—combining business development, project ownership, and operational collaboration.
You’ll step into an established residential pipeline while playing a key role in building and growing commercial relationships.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Business Development
- Build and maintain relationships with contractors, builders, and key accounts
- Manage and grow an existing book of residential business
- Identify and develop new opportunities, including commercial projects
Project Management
- Oversee projects from award through completion
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timelines, budgets, and expectations are met
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients
Strategic Growth
- Contribute to expanding the company’s commercial presence
- Work alongside leadership to improve processes and execution
- Help bridge communication between sales, service, and operations
What We’re Looking For
- Required: Direct experience in the garage door industry
- Experience in outside sales, project management, or both
- Strong understanding of residential garage doors and openers (commercial experience a plus)
- Strong relationship management and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Self-driven with a growth mindset
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $45,000 – $60,000 (DOE)
- Commission structure with uncapped earning potential
- Target earnings: $90,000 – $120,000
