Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and motivate the New Car Sales team to achieve and exceed monthly Toyota sales goals.
- Develop and implement sales strategies that attract new customers and retain existing clients.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through cold calling, outbound prospecting, networking, and B2B outreach.
- Conduct product demonstrations, sales presentations, and public-speaking engagements.
- Oversee Toyota new-car inventory management, ordering, and availability of high-demand vehicles.
- Use CRM software to manage leads, track customer interactions, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Promote a customer-focused culture by delivering an exceptional retail sales experience.
- Collaborate with marketing to support campaigns and drive showroom traffic.

Requirements:Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of Automotive Sales Manager experience (required)

- Experience with B2B sales, corporate outreach, and building business relationships.
- Exceptional CRM proficiency (lead management, reporting, customer follow-up).
- Strong organizational skills and understanding of inventory control and retail math.
- Excellent public speaking, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to perform effective cold calling, outbound calls, and follow-up activities.
- Customer-service oriented with professional phone etiquette.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Driver's license with an acceptable driving record
