Paradiso Performance Fuel is a brand-new fitness and wellness destination opening in Mayville, NY, and we're looking for friendly, energetic and dependable team members to join us!

This is a unique opportunity to work in both our modern fitness facility and Fuel, our smoothie and coffee bar.

We're looking for people who enjoy working with others, take pride in keeping things clean and organized, and are excited to help create a welcoming environment for our members and customers.

Schedule

We're hiring for part-time positions with a focus on:

• Weekday afternoons: Approximately 3:30 PM–7:00 PM
• Weekends: 8:00 AM–2:00 PM
• Additional hours may become available during school breaks and summer.

This position is ideal for students or anyone looking for flexible part-time work.

Responsibilities

Fuel Smoothie & Coffee Bar

• Prepare smoothies, protein drinks, coffee and other menu items
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service
• Operate the point-of-sale system and process payments
• Restock ingredients, cups and supplies
• Follow food safety and cleanliness procedures
• Assist with opening, closing and daily cleaning tasks

Performance Fitness Facility

• Welcome members and guests
• Assist with basic membership questions and check-ins
• Help maintain a clean, organized fitness environment
• Wipe down equipment and return weights to their proper locations
• Monitor bathrooms and common areas for cleanliness
• Report equipment or facility concerns to the Lead
• Assist with daily facility opening and closing procedures

Qualifications

• Friendly, reliable and professional
• Strong customer service skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Willing to learn new systems and procedures
• Comfortable working in a fitness and food-service environment
• Able to maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Previous food service, retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required

Training will be provided.
