OVERVIEW

We’re currently seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Recruiting Coordinator to join our growing Talent team.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
The Recruiting Coordinator will be responsible for life cycle recruitment activities for internships/co-ops, hourly and professional openings. This role will be responsible for all co-op and internship rotations for all departments within PVM USA as well as developing and maintaining campus partnerships for university career fair events. The Recruiting Coordinator will provide support for professional and hourly recruiting with various tasks including qualifying candidates, scheduling interviews, and monitoring onboarding activities. This role will also provide training to the HR intern, ensuring they’re well prepared for managing HR administrative tasks independently. The Recruiting Coordinator will also be responsible for preparing and organizing bi-weekly onboarding training for new hires and attending all HR community outreach and hiring events as the business requires.
- Managing the recruiting life cycle for multiple requisitions at once, including drafting and posting job ads, sourcing passive candidates, interviewing and screening potential candidates to ensure they meet employment and position qualifications, scheduling/coordinating interviews/meetings, and administering new hire onboarding paperwork and process as required.
- Communicating and becoming the liaison between hiring managers, interview teams, HR colleagues and candidates in process to deliver a positive hiring experience.
- Building partnerships with community organizations and universities to generate candidate interest. Attending PVM organized and community/hiring events as the business requires.
- Generating and maintaining a pipeline of qualified and diverse candidates using proven and creative methods.
- Cultivating a positive candidate experience from application to on-boarding, including timely communication and follow up.
- Supporting hourly and professional recruiting initiatives when required including qualifying candidates, scheduling interviews, and managing the onboarding process from offer to start date.
- Preparing documents, organizing materials, and helping facilitative Oscar Camp onboarding training on a scheduled basis.
- Training the HR intern under the direction of the Recruiting Manager on HR related administrative tasks, systems use, processes, and procedures.
- Maintaining confidentiality standards, policies and procedures, and data integrity with ATS, dashboards, and HRIS.
- Supporting the company’s Affirmative Action Plan and staying current on equal opportunity and AA regulations to ensure compliance in accordance with government requirements.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field required.
- Minimum 1-3 years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR experience required, including internship experience.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Campus Recruiting experience highly preferred. Life cycle recruiting experience preferred.
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, really Resume Search, Handshake, and other passive sourcing tools.
- Must be knowledgeable in OH/KY employment law.
- Proficient with Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, etc).
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation). Must be interpersonal and enjoy talking with a diverse population of people.
- Ability to problem solve and stay organized.
- Must be adaptable, and able to remain fluid and versatile with changing demands.
- Ability to plan and prioritize work to meet commitments aligned with organizational recruitment goals.
- Fluency in Spanish strongly preferred.
