Territory Sales Manager (This position is Remote, and the candidate must reside in Florida) - This position is a critical function in growth and development of revenue and the customer base for PerfectVision. This individual contributor will need to further develop and identify customers within the specified geographical area. The TSM will be responsible for retention, increasing revenue and cultivating new and existing customers and revenue. 3-5 years of outside sales experience is preferred.
Duties:
- Account management
- Cultivate new customers that use our products and services
- Retain existing customers and expand product and service mix with these customers
- Assist in meeting revenue goals
- Assist in establishing marketing plans
- Assist in establishing product development
- Travel required around 50%-75% of the time
- Planning and executing weekly sales routes
- Developing relationships within area
- Must be a self-starter
Limited knowledge base and experience with:

Job Relationships
The TSM will report directly to the director. On a daily basis, outside of the customer and direct employee interface, the TSM will have direct dealings with any of the following; outside sales, inside sales, warehouse employees, accounting, vendors, and executive staff.
