Perfecto Staffing is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Production Scheduler to support a growing metal fabrication and tubing manufacturing operation. This role is responsible for developing production schedules, coordinating work orders, monitoring material availability, and ensuring customer delivery commitments are achieved.
This is a hands-on manufacturing environment requiring close collaboration with Production, Purchasing, Customer Service, and Operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain daily and weekly production schedules
- Release, prioritize, and monitor work orders
- Coordinate production activities to meet customer delivery requirements
- Monitor material availability, labor capacity, and production constraints
- Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts and bottlenecks
- Maintain accurate ERP/MRP system data
- Communicate schedule changes and production priorities across departments
- Support continuous improvement efforts related to scheduling and production flow
Qualifications
- 3 years of production scheduling experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience using ERP/MRP systems
- Strong understanding of Bills of Material (BOMs), routings, work orders, and capacity planning
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills
