Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Memphis, TN for a Business Development Manager. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and nurturing client relationships, and creating strategies to drive sales growth. The Business Development Manager will analyze market trends, build partnerships, prepare proposals, and ensure client satisfaction, all while working closely with internal teams to meet organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management
- Strong skills in Market Analysis, Strategic Planning, and Relationship Building
- Effective communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM and Sales Management tools
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources is a plus
