Commercial HVAC Service Technician – Columbus, OH

What You’ll Do:
- Service, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC equipment, including chillers, boilers, rooftop units, split systems, and heat pumps
- Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and controls-related issues and recommend effective solutions
- Perform preventive maintenance and identify concerns before they become costly failures
- Communicate clearly with customers about equipment conditions, recommended repairs, and next steps
- Manage service calls independently while coordinating with dispatch and operations
- Complete service documentation accurately and on time
- Participate in a rotating emergency on-call schedule
- Share knowledge and provide guidance to less-experienced technicians
- Work safely and represent Perfection Group professionally at every customer location
What We’re Looking For:
- Five or more years of commercial or industrial HVAC service experience
- Universal EPA Section 608 certification
- Strong troubleshooting skills across a variety of HVAC systems
- Experience servicing chillers, boilers, and complex commercial equipment strongly preferred
- Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record
- Professional customer and team communication
- Dependability, personal accountability, and a team-first mindset
- Commitment to safe, accurate, high-quality work
