Field Service Technician
Ohio’s leader in Commercial Food Equipment Service and Repair is currently seeking a Field Service Technician to provide exceptional technical & customer service with professionalism and excellence for our Columbus location.
Responsibilities Include:
- Troubleshooting, repairing, and servicing commercial refrigeration and/or cooking equipment individually or with a team of technicians
- Performing inspections and diagnosis for proactive maintenance on commercial food service equipment to ensure equipment is healthy and runs properly
- Reading and understanding wiring diagrams and schematics
- Providing assistance with estimates for repair or replacement of equipment
- Assisting customers in making informed repair / replace decisions with creativity and integrity
- Completing written work orders to describe and document equipment issues and the service solution delivered
- Promoting a safe work environment and follow all safety procedures
Preferred Qualifications Include:
- MUST have a valid driver’s license
- Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force regularly and 100 pounds of force frequently
- Ability to climb and work from a ladder, stoop, kneel, crouch, twist, and grasp to perform essential job functions
- High School diploma or equivalent job experience
- License or Certification in Electric, Gas, Steam, Refrigeration, and/or HVAC is a plus
