Requirements
Key Responsibilities
● Provide oversight and guidance of the day-to-day operations of assigned clinic site by assuring consistent execution of established policies and procedures
● Collaborate with on-site Office Manager to administer the intake/onboarding of new staff and clients
● Review clinical documentation of BCBAs to ensure quality standards are met and client is progressing towards their individualized goal selections
● Act as clinical leadership for BTs/ RBTs/ BCBAs in cooperation with the regional leadership team and the Chief Clinical Officer
● Prepare and maintain records and reports pertaining to client evaluations and treatment plans
● Ensure clinical quality by providing training opportunities and hands-on assistance to clinic staff
● Provide oversight and guidance to BCBAs related to caseload management and RBT assignments
