HealthWorks Medical, LLC is seeking a full-time Clinic Manager to oversee the daily administrative and clinical support operations of the clinic. This position is responsible for supervising both clerical and clinical staff, ensuring efficient patient flow, maintaining high standards of patient care and customer service, and supporting operational goals.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities with experience in healthcare operations, staffing management, and occupational medicine. The Clinic Manager ensures the clinic operates efficiently while maintaining compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and healthcare standards.
Typical hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Some short-notice overtime and occasional regional travel using company vehicles may be required.
Position Overview
The Clinic Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the clinic, overseeing administrative tasks, patient services, and supporting clinical and clerical staff. This role is essential to maintaining operational efficiency while delivering excellent patient care. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and customer-focused, with a strong background in healthcare operations or clinic management.
Key Responsibilities
- Clinic Operations: Oversee daily operations of the clinic, including scheduling, staffing, and ensuring compliance with company policies and healthcare regulations.
- Patient Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, addressing inquiries, managing appointments, and ensuring a positive patient experience.
- Administrative Management: Handle office supplies, equipment maintenance, and overall clinic appearance to ensure a professional environment.
- Staff Support: Provide administrative support to clinical staff, including handling medical records, scheduling meetings, and managing communications.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure compliance with healthcare laws, maintain HIPAA standards, and generate operational reports for senior leadership.
- Vendor Coordination: Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure timely supply orders, maintenance, and support.
- Technology Oversight: Ensure that clinic software (EHR, scheduling, billing) is being used efficiently and assist staff with technical issues when needed.
