Accounting Office clerk

Perfection Honda, a family owned and operated dealership in Rio Rancho, has immediate positions open in the Accounting Office. The ideal candidates must have some experience in Automotive Accounting, preferably Deal Clerk or Title Clerk, we are willing to train the right person. We are looking for a dependable team player with a positive attitude, must be able to take on multiple duties and be willing to cross-train in multiple areas of Automotive Accounting. Must thrive while working independently and without needing to be micro-managed. If you have some experience in an Automotive Accounting office and are wanting to learn more and grown in a company, then Perfection Honda could be a great fit for you.

Job duties include but are not limited to:
Reviewing vehicle deals and title work for accuracy and completeness, update finance information and finalize into Accounting.

Process vehicle payoffs, type checks and post journal entries.

Verify warranty information and other product information.

Prepare vehicle registration to be processed.

Interact with customers, dealers, and dealership personnel.

General office duties, filing, and assisting the accounting office staff where needed.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
