What are the responsibilities and job description for the Online Sales Associate position at Perfect Storm Comics and Games?
Perfect Storm Comics and Games (Battle Creek Store) is looking to fill a part-time online (eBay & Amazon) team position with the possibility for full-time. Weekend availability required.
Job requirements include:
Intermediate or stronger aptitudes with computers (spreadsheet knowledge and point of sale experience highly preferred).
Math and logic problem-solving and analysis skills.
English language/grammar skills
Outstanding customer service skills
Duties will include but are not limited to:
Providing excellent customer service to our online customers
Listing products on our online websites
Managing inventory and order requests
Increasing sales with niche, boutique product lines through our online venues
Appraising collections that are brought in for sale
Learning about various niche product lines, including but not limited to Warhammer 40K, comics, various trading card games, and role-playing games
Applicants should also be adaptable and quick to learn new tasks and skills, in addition to learning about multiple product lines. A moderate or higher level of knowledge about comic books and pop culture collectibles is preferred.
Pay: From $14.00 per hour
