Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Package Associate to join our fastener distribution team. In this role you will be ensuring that screws, bolts, nuts and other fasteners are accurately counted, packaged and labeled.
Responsibilities
- Counting: Accurately counting fasteners using a weigh-count scale
- Packaging: Placing fasteners into bags or boxes
- Labeling: Applying the correct product label to the package
- Kitting: Packaging separate but related fasteners into a single package or "kit"
- Quality Control: Inspecting fasteners for defects before they are sealed
- Organization: Maintain a clean and orderly workstation.
Skills
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work part-time hours reliably while maintaining a positive attitude
- Able to read a tape measure
- Familiar with fractions
Flexible part-time hours during our work hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
