- Saturday: 7:45 AM-2:30 PM (Saturday availability required; the office is not open every Saturday, and Saturday openings vary based on our doctors' schedules)
- Closed Sundays
- Schedules are released three weeks in advance

What you'll do
- Welcome patients and manage check-in and check-out
- Help patients' complete registration forms and keep their information current
- Collect payments and explain office financial policies
- Keep accurate patient records and front desk documentation
- Coordinate with our clinical and administrative teams on patient arrivals and needs
- Protect patient confidentiality and follow HIPAA requirements
- 2 years of dental front desk experience (registration, check-in/out, payments)
- Fluent English and Spanish, spoken with patients every day
- Availability to work Saturdays when the office is open
- A warm, respectful approach to patient service
- Attention to detail and good organization
- Comfort with computers and office software (dental software experience is a plus; we'll train you on ours)
