Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Program Director of Residential Habilitation to lead and oversee the development, implementation, and management of comprehensive residential services for individuals with developmental disabilities. Duties
- Directs and supervises community-based services.
- Develops strategies and implements plan for agency initiatives.
- Takes part in the recruiting, interviewing, and hiring process.
- Works closely with administration in implementation of administrative procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Supervision of all programs operated in the assigned area.
- Monitoring of support plans.
- Design, develop, and monitor strategies for delivery of programs.
- Monitor programs to assure compliance with standards of licensure, certification, and accreditation are met.
- Create and maintain reports and records of audits.
- Create plans of corrections when needed.
- Create and maintain reports and records of individuals served.
- Monitor employees within assigned areas and hold employees accountable for job responsibilities.
- Management of supervisors to assure all program standards are met.
- Planning, implementing, coordinating care plans for individuals served.
- Oversight of overall operations of their assigned areas.
- Evaluate and oversee quality of services.
- Investigate reports and complaints.
- Supervises program supervisors, managers, professional staff, direct care staff, and other staff within the area.
- Act as Program Manager and follow Program Manager (Degreed Professional Manager) requirements and duties when needed.
