Job Summary
The Associate Director of Residential plays a key leadership role in ensuring the smooth daily operation of our residential programs. This position provides proactive support, guidance, and operational oversight to help drive program excellence and maintain a high standard of care for the individuals we serve. The Associate Director partners closely with internal teams to support staffing, quality assurance, and day-to-day departmental needs, while also assisting in the implementation of program initiatives and organizational priorities.
Education: Master’s Degree in Business and/or Human Services
Experience:
- A minimum of five years’ experience working in a human services or related field.
- Organizational, treatment, crisis management and public relations skills.
Major Duties:
- Identifies opportunities to maximize revenue, reduce costs, increase efficiency and diversify funding.
- Assists Director of Residential Treatment Services and VP/CPO with program budget and plan. Serves as liaison to referral and collaborating agencies, multidisciplinary teams, state and local agencies and family courts.
- Assists with program development, strategic planning and marketing strategies.
- Ensures compliance with Joint Commission, KVC Missouri policy and procedures as well as program contracts and grants.
- Monitors program outcomes, quality assurance, and improvement strategies.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
