KVC Missouri Niles Residential & Academy
Salary: $60,000-$70,000 annually, dependent on education and experience
Location: On-site
Including potential to earn up to $18,000 in incentives*
Job Summary
Our therapists provide trauma-informed case management and therapy to children and adolescents who are enrolled in residential and/or acute programs. In the role of a Residential Therapist, they engage closely with hospital liaisons, schools, mental health centers, and the community to address the individualized needs of each client on their caseload through collaborative endeavors.
Education: Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling
Licensure/Certification: LMSW, LCSW, PLPC OR LPC
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of clinical theory, therapy, and systems.
- Requires analytical ability necessary to handle moderately complex administrative details such as preparing nonrecurring reports.
- Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize and organize a diversified workload with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Word and email applications
- Must be able to work productively and respectfully with individuals and families from diverse cultural backgrounds.
