Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients in home and community settings, following individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA
- Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs
- Collect and record accurate session data and complete detailed progress notes
- Collaborate with BCBAs, team members, and caregivers to support client progress
- Create a fun, engaging, and supportive therapeutic environment
For RBTs:
- Active RBT certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in a related field preferred
- Willingness to complete RBT certification (company support may be available)
- Ability and willingness to support clients with daily living and behavioral needs
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid certification within 30 days of hire
