Job Duties:
- Support our RBTs by offering mentorship, guidance, and supervision
- Design evidence-based programming hierarchies that respect and reflect client data
- Offer continuous support and guidance to families to navigate successful programming outcomes
- Welcome collaboration with other service providers to enhance the experiences of those we serve
- Foster a culture of collaboration and positivity within the team
- Hold an active Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential through the BACB
- Maintain an active state license (LBA) as required based on location
- Master's or Doctorate in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
- Active Adult and Child CPR/First Aid certification, obtained before the start date is preferred
- Ability to complete and pass a background check
- Excellent interpersonal and professional communication skills across all formats and scenarios
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license for commuting to the home of clients
