Clinic Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Job Duties:

• Support our Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) by offering mentorship, understanding guidance, compassionate communication, and attentive supervision.

• Design a thoughtful, evidence-based programming hierarchy that respects and reflects client data, acknowledges their progress, and incorporates ongoing assessments to support their journey.

• Manage or assist in managing the day-to-day operations of all services, including staff and client scheduling.

• Offer continuous support and guidance for families, helping them navigate the journey toward successful programming outcomes together.

• Provides direct services to the clients and their parents, when appropriate.

• Welcome collaboration with other service providers beyond Perfect Pair ABA, embracing the value of working together to enhance the experiences of those we serve.

• Conduct consistent communication with all treatment team members regarding all aspects of programming, and any difficulties that may arise in maintaining the hours of treatment and ethical service provision.

• Communicate with Perfect Pair ABA administrative teams including Intake, Payroll, Billing and HR to assist in staff and client records management and payer relationships.

• Foster a culture of collaboration and positivity within the team.

Clinic Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)Qualifications:

• Hold an active Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential through the BACB

• Maintain an active state license (LBA) as required based on location

• Master’s or Doctorate in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field

• Ability to complete and pass a background check

• Excellent interpersonal and professional communication skills across all formats and scenarios

• Retain a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license for commuting to the clinic

• Experince with children ages 1-4

• Minimum 3 years of BCBA experience.

Clinic Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Salary:

$70,000-$85,000
