The Role
We are looking to fill our Fulfillment Supervisor role to supervise a small team of fulfillment employees. We are seeking a highly motivated, results-oriented individual who is passionate about leading others behind a goal and maintaining accurate records of performance. The Fulfillment Supervisor is responsible for supervising a fulfillment team from final trimmed product to the finished packaged product ready for delivery.
Responsibilities
• Motivate and lead a fulfillment team using strong interpersonal skills (trimming, packaging, or pre-rolls)
• Actively monitor individual employee throughput through cycle time data review and make sure team is working at peak efficiency
• Effectively support, coach, and train employees to meet Cnduit cycle time and quality expectations
• Prioritize fulfillment pipeline per the sales team delivery priorities
• Work with the other fulfillment supervisors and inventory leads to make sure that inventory levels are sufficient to fulfill orders in the pipeline
• Recognize gaps in process, equipment, or team and identify possible solutions
• Monitor/assess the performance of yourself and others to make improvements or take corrective action to increase work effectiveness and increase throughout
• Manage team’s attendance and workmanship, reporting any issues to the Fulfillment Manager to take action
• Following the close of the pay period, examine employee timesheets, verify that clock hours are accurate, and certify timecards
• Perform all other duties as necessary and any additional duties assigned by your supervisor/manager
