The Role
We want people passionate about success and the product to join our Trim Team to support our Fulfillment Team process. Being detail-oriented, a team player, and good at communicating is the name of the game on the Trim Team. A desire to analyze your work under a microscope and make adjustments on the fly is a plus! This role requires consistent collaboration with our experienced Fulfillment and Sales teams to deliver the best-in-class product.
Responsibilities
? Trim the final product for multiple flower brands.
? Communicate with support teams and management continuously regarding product and trim quality.
? Timely completion of work per the schedule and striving to increase productivity through a collaborative workflow.
? Keep documented logs and notes of product metrics to help the Grow Team understand crop performance.
? Maintain a clean workspace by regularly sanitizing tools and equipment to ensure sanitary practices.
? Use PPE as required: gloves.
? Perform all other duties and any additional duties assigned by your supervisor/manager.
