Job Title: Inside Sales Coordinator
Reports To: Event Sales Manager
FLSA Status: Hourly, Non-Exempt
Summary:
The Inside Sales Coordinator (ISC) supports the sales team by managing incoming inquiries, processing quotes and orders, maintaining accurate sales records, and ensuring an excellent customer experience from initial contact through fulfillment. This role acts as the central communication point between customers, sales representatives, and internal departments such as operations, finance, and marketing.
Performance Standards:
The ISC will:
Generate group sales and achieve annual sales goals for corporate and team building events, fundraisers, & other social events for groups averaging 18 guests or more.
Respond promptly to inbound calls, emails, and online inquiries from customers and prospects and turn them into booked events.
Prepare and send accurate quotes, proposals, and event confirmations
Be empowered to maintain PG’s guest experience philosophy and standards.
Be aware of the unique needs of the various events you’ll help plan – from birthday parties to corporate events to other social gatherings.
Maintain records of event inquiries in Tripleseat; enter and maintain guest info, keep notes of completed or lost events, and be the events knowledge center by providing event details to the rest of the PG management and front-line team.
Support outbound sales campaigns, including email and phone outreach as needed
Follow all company polices as outlined in the employee handbook and all training received.
Meet all uniform, appearance, and grooming standards as specified in the employee handbook.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s Degree with a business or hospitality major is preferred; at a minimum a High School Diploma and three to five years event sales experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
WORK ENVIRONMENT: While performing the duties of this job, the employee will regularly work our event sales office during hours when the business is closed to the public. The Event Sales Manager must be a people person, but also must be comfortable working alone.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is continually required to stand; walk; use hands to handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move more than 50 pounds.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
