Perfect Communications is seeking an experienced bindery operator. This is a second or 3rd shift position with full-time or part-time positions available. The ideal applicant will have experience operating stitchers and folders and not be averse to learning or operating a variety of bindery equipment that is typically found in a print production operation. The person must be able to work independently and produce work that is up to company standards.

What You'll Do
- Responsible for setup, operation and troubleshooting on multiple pieces of bindery equipment. This can include folders, cutters, binding machines, punchers, and inserters.
- Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on finishing equipment.
- Responsible for quality output
- Responsible for keeping work area clean and organized.
- Assist in all finishing operations as production workload may require.
- Ability to stand for length of shift.
- Ability to bend and perform repetitive tasks.
- Ability to lift 75 lbs.
- Ability to work overtime based on work volume.
- Willingness to work independently and make decisions regarding quality and production outputs requirements.
- Prior print manufacturing experience.
