Human Capital Data Engineering & Reporting Analyst
Overview
We are seeking a highly analytical and technically driven Data Engineering & Reporting
Analyst to support and expand a growing Human Capital analytics function. This role will focus
on building scalable reporting solutions, enhancing data pipelines, and delivering insights to
senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Data Engineering & Reporting
● Design and build automated reporting solutions using Python
● Develop dashboards and reporting products for senior leadership
● Contribute to ETL pipelines and data infrastructure initiatives
● Maintain and enhance internal Python packages supporting analytics
Data Management & Infrastructure
● Write and optimize queries using SQL and GraphQL
● Ensure data integrity, scalability, and performance across reporting systems
● Support ongoing improvements to data architecture and workflows
Collaboration & Analysis
● Partner with Human Capital and cross-functional teams to deliver insights
● Perform ad hoc analysis to support strategic and operational decisions
● Troubleshoot technical issues and drive process improvements
Development Best Practices
● Utilize Git/GitHub for version control, collaboration, and code reviews
● Maintain clean, well-documented, and production-ready codebases
Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in a technical, quantitative, or related field
● 1–3 years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or similar role
● Strong experience with:
○ Python (core development maintenance)
○ SQL (data querying, transformation)
○ GraphQL (preferred)
● Experience with ETL pipelines and data workflows
● Familiarity with Git/GitHub for collaborative development
● Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments
● High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive/confidential data
Salary : $135,000 - $165,000
