What You’ll Do
- Partner with the Regional Service Manager to provide support to onsite teams throughout the portfolio with routine tasks & special projects.
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance, including high-level HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repair.
- Respond promptly to resident service requests and ensure work is completed to the highest standards.
- Prepare apartments for new residents by completing make-ready repairs and upgrades.
- Use high-level problem solving & troubleshooting skills to propose solutions to issues escalated by the onsite service teams.
- Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours maintenance emergencies.
What We’re Looking For
- Prior experience in apartment maintenance or a related field.
- Very strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair.
- EPA certification required (Type I and II or Universal).
- CPO certification preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills with a resident-first mindset.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in various conditions (indoors/outdoors).
