We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Make Ready Technician to help prepare our apartments for new residents and keep our communities looking great. What You’ll Do: Get apartments ready for move-in by handling light repairs, touch-ups, and cleaning Perform basic maintenance tasks like painting, drywall patching, minor plumbing, and electrical work Inspect units and report issues that need attention Work with the maintenance team to ensure homes meet our standards Help with resident maintenance requests as needed What You’ll Need: High school diploma or equivalent Maintenance, construction, or handyman experience Basic knowledge of tools and repair work Good time management and attention to detail Ability to lift, bend, and move around the property What We Offer: Competitive pay and benefits Room to grow within the company A team that supports and values your work Ready to Apply?
