We’re currently seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support operations at an affordable housing community in Yonkers, NY.This is a hands-on role for a compliance-savvy professional who thrives on making a direct impact for residents. You’ll own full on-site file processing and recertifications without a compliance team handoff, ensure adherence to LIHTC and project-based Section 8 requirements, and support day-to-day property operations as part of a collaborative on-site team.
