We are seeking an associate with strong Graphic Design knowledge for our Chicago office. - Must be extremely proactive, independent, self-directed and able to prioritize as well as complete necessary job tasks and projects with limited supervision
- Must have a strong understanding of social media and be able to apply this knowledge on a routine basis to grow the organization
- Must be punctual, reliable and dependable and have a high level of professionalism
- Must have experience and expertise on Adobe CC, word processing, spreadsheets, file management, PowerPoint, Constant Contact, and Loomly
- Must be comfortable with client outreaches and forming a professional relationship with clients
Job Responsibilities:
- Continue to develop and maintain our brand standards
- Establish and develop co-branding opportunities with channel partners/affiliates
- Responsible for the creation of graphic design for marketing collateral, printed material, website, mobile applications, product UI/UX design and presentations
- Produce effective marketing communications and email campaigns
- Support the sales department from a marketing perspective
- Assist with tradeshow activities, including booth design, and project managing deployment
- Assist the marketing associate in maintaining all social media outlets
- Design graphics for Android, iOS, and various applications
- Provide graphic design for the company website
- Work with marketing and sales department on needed sales materials
Job Type: Part-time

- 5-hour shifts
- Monday to Friday
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
Experience:
- Graphic Design: 1 year (Preferred)
- Social Media Management: 1 year (Preferred)
