Key Responsibilities
- Perform wet chemical analysis of process solutions
- Collect and analyze production and rinse water samples
- Conduct metal analysis using laboratory instrumentation
- Monitor wastewater pretreatment during assigned shift
- Maintain accurate lab records and documentation
- Support troubleshooting and continuous improvement efforts
- Follow safety, environmental, and quality procedures
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3 years of laboratory experience
- Manufacturing lab experience strongly preferred
- Plating, coating, or metal finishing experience a plus
- Comfortable working in both lab and production environments
