Target Salary Range: $104,000 - $166,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.

As a Site Activation Lead - Senior, you will provide technical and management leadership for all equipment and information support functions across the Task Order. Your responsibilities include:
- Utilize the following TO Management & Financial Tracking Tools: Task Order portal; Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate); MS Project; Primavera; GFP management modules; WBS tracking systems; ServiceNow; Jira Service Desk; SharePoint libraries; Confluence; Microsoft Search; lessons learned databases; video library repositories; Archer GRC; internal audit portals; Excel/SharePoint audit templates; CMDB with version control; Power BI with R/Python integration; Tableau; predictive analytics engines; Teams; Azure AD role based access; mobile access via Power Apps.
- Utilize the following Role Specific Tools: Site management dashboards (Primavera P6, MS Project) for installation oversight; resource allocation trackers for personnel and equipment readiness; SATCOM gateway integration modules (RGEP/IGEP deployment tools, L3 Harris SRVT converters); COOP readiness trackers for site relocation and continuity; stakeholder communication dashboards for site status visibility; SOP/QRC libraries for standardized site operations; lessons learned repositories for installation and sustainment practices; compliance audit checklists for DoD site standards; configuration management databases (CMDB) for site assets and documentation; predictive analytics engines for site performance and risk forecasting; variance and utilization analysis tools for site operations; automated testing suites for site readiness validation.
Required qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Site Activation Lead or similar role supporting a DoD customer at the CCMD level;
- Minimum of 8 years' experience with BS/BA, or 6 years' experience with MS/MA, or 4 years' experience with PhD. or 10 years' experience w/o a degree or 8 years' experience with AS/AA
- A current, active DoD security clearance at the TS/SCI level
- US citizenship is required
- Must complete DoD-approved IA baseline certification for ADP-III/IT-III based on the IAT level and CE/Operating System (OS) certificate within six months of the assignment.
- Location:MacDill AFB, FL
- On-site expectations: Full-time on-site presence required for equipment management and asset tracking
- Travel:May require occasional travel to CONUS and OCONUS sites for logistics coordination and facility assessments
